Does this describe you? We are seeking a grammar guru, Microsoft Office whiz who will be responsible for producing financial statements, including data entry, document formatting, proofreading, and final document publication and distribution. In addition, the incumbent will provide office support as part of our administrative assistant team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Creating and editing financial statements and other technical documents (narratives and data) for publication and distribution
  • Generating advanced tables and graphs for inclusion in documents
  • Creating and editing correspondence and reports
  • Proofreading final documents for spelling, grammar, numerical accuracy and formatting
  • Back-up administrative duties such as calendaring and front desk lunch coverage
  • Special projects
Qualified candidates will have:
  • Outstanding knowledge of grammar
  • BS degree in English preferred
  • Expert level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign
  • Demonstrated accuracy and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to produce error-free, distribution-ready documents in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication, organizational, project management and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to initiate, plan, prioritize and conduct multiple projects successfully
  • Demonstrated high level of confidentiality, decorum and professionalism
